Tsuchiya Noen produces Kawane-cha, which is considered to be the highest quality premium tea in Japan. Their tea plantation is located at a high altitude in Kawanehoncho, and is known as the tea garden in the sky.

A terrace has been set up on a hill overlooking the tea fields, where visitors can enjoy a relaxing tea time while gazing at the Southern Alps and listening to the sounds of deer.
