A sake brewery located in Ono City, Fukui Prefecture. It is known for its brand Hanagaki made with Ono City's famous water. The store faces Nanama-dori Street, where the old townscape is best preserved among the streets of Ono's castle town, which are lined up like a grid, and where the morning market is very lively. The main building, designated as a registered tangible cultural property as a traditional townhouse of Echizen-Ono, is also very worth seeing.
