The Ameyoko building has housed various specialty stores since Osu was originally an electronics quarter. The first Ameyoko-cho Arcade building went from a household appliance store to selling computers, audio systems, analog record accessories, headphone, media, cosplay, cosmetics, clothes, glasses, cameras, miscellaneous goods, electronics, and wireless electronics. The second Ameyoko-cho Arcade building sells hobby items, fashion goods, craft supplies, nail art accessories, and medical supplies among others.
