Gomi Hacchin (五味八珍), founded in 1970, is a Chinese restaurant with 49 chain stores across Shizuoka, Aichi and Yamanashi prefectures.
The signature dishes are ramen, fried rice and Hamamatsu gyoza (浜松餃子-dumplings). The Hamamatsu gyoza that is baked in a round shape and garnished with bean sprouts is especially popular and is also available online.
