Champion Curry is famous as the birthplace of Kanazawa curry and one of the leaders of the local curry culture. They have been operating for more than 50 years and their signature item is Curry with a Large Cutlet. The curry roux is thick and dripping with flavor. It's served by pouring a thick layer of roux all over the dish to hide the rice underneath.
