Amatsubo is a traditional Kaga cuisine restaurant that has been in Kanazawa for half a century. Their theme is Seasonal Fresh Vegetables, Oden and Delicious Sake. Since its founding, Amatsubo has been particular about carefully selected local ingredients, Kaga traditional cuisine, and local sake that brings out the flavor of the dish all offered at a reasonable price.
