From the shop that pioneered Taiwan Curry, comes an evolutionary menu devised by the commander-in-chief of Menya Hanabi (麺屋はなび). A spicy mix of minced beef and pork is cooked with plenty of garlic and chili peppers, then soy sauce is added to the spicy mix. Next, a special spicy curry roux is poured over the meat and finished by topping it with a raw egg. After trying your first bowl, you'll want to make it a habit of eating it.
