From the shop that pioneered Taiwan Curry, comes an evolutionary menu devised by the commander-in-chief of Menya Hanabi (麺屋はなび). A spicy mix of minced beef and pork is cooked with plenty of garlic and chili peppers, then soy sauce is added to the spicy mix.
