La Collina has been chosen as the most popular spot in Shiga for three consecutive years. Just like Himure-chaya, they are also involved in the production and grading of traditional Japanese confectioneries from in Omihachiman.
Japanese confectioneries as well as Western confectioneries, like Baum Kuchen, are manufactured in La Collina, and there are food and beverage spaces divided into Japanese, Western areas. You can even grab a snack and enjoy a walk through the facility. Fascinating fairy-tale-like spots like this, make the best Instagram spots and are always crowded with many tourists.
