Motozenkouji Temple is 8 minutes away from Iida station and just a minute away from Motozenkouji Station. It has a strong relationship with Zenkoji Temple in Nagano City, and locals say it is good fortune to visit both of them. The temple isn't large, but the history and architecture of the main hall are of great historical value. The temple grounds offer a panoramic view of the city and mountains. Try one of the sweet buns (Manju) sold in front of the temple gate.
