Minamoto is a food manufacturing company located in Toyama city, Toyama Prefecture. The company produces local delicacies such as trout and yellowtail sushi and Ekiben (a lunch box sold at train stations). Minamoto was the first to use the term Masuno-sushi(trout sushi). They have stores in many areas, including Toyama Station, Shin-Takaoka Station, Toyama Interchange Store, and Daimaru Tokyo Store. Masunosushi Honpo Minamoto Chuo-Kaisatsu mae Baiten, known for its trout sushi Ekiben, has sold Ekiben at Toyama Station since 1908.
