Minamoto is a food manufacturing company located in Toyama city, Toyama Prefecture. The company produces local delicacies such as trout sushi and yellowtail sushi as well as Ekiben (a lunch box sold at train stations). Minamoto was the first to use the term Masuno-sushi(trout sushi). Their stores are in many places, including Toyama Station, Shin-Takaoka Station, Toyama Interchange Store, and Daimaru Tokyo Store. Masunosushi Honpo Minamoto Chuo-Kaisatsu mae Baiten is a long-established store, known for its trout sushi Ekiben, and has been selling Ekiben at Toyama Station since 1908.
