Aoi Seicha is a matcha (green tea) producer in Nishio, Aichi Prefecture, operating since the Taisho era (1912-1926). The company sells matcha carefully ground in a stone mortar and offers time-limited tours of its matcha factory (for a fee). There is also a matcha café called Sabou Aoi which offers tea you'll want to enjoy to the last drop.
