Nishio City History Park is a partial reconstruction of Nishio Castle, the symbol of Nishio, restored to create a new place of history and culture. The park is home to the Honmaru Ushi-Tora Yagura (turret) tiles that shine in the greenery, the Sukiya-style Kyu-Konoe Residence, the elaborate Kyoto-style garden of Shokoso, and the Nishio Denso Tea House Matcha Lab.

At the former Konoe Residence, you can also enjoy a cup of Nishio's famous green tea (with Japanese sweets).
