The hall opened to promote interaction between citizens and tourists, traditional culture, and local industry. The facility, built in a historical building, has demonstrations of traditional crafts such as Itto-bori carving and Hida Shunkei. You can also try your hand at kumihimo (braided cord), sarubobo, and various other crafts only found in Hida Takayama!
