Hananomai is one of the oldest breweries in Hamamatsu and has been in business for 150 years. Their sake, one of the best in Japan, is made from Yamada-Nishiki rice, grown in Shizuoka Prefecture, and subsoil water from the Akaishi Mountains of the Southern Alps. Taste freshly squeezed sake available only at this brewery while observing the traditional process of sake making.
