At Hamamatsu Matsuri Kaikann, you can feel the heat and excitement of the Hamamatsu Festival, which is held every year from May 3 to 5. The Hamamatsu Festival is a celebration of childbirth; during the daytime, there is a kite battle, and at night they pull large floats through the streets.
