One of Japan's Great Pine Trees

On a white sandy beach that stretches for 1.5 kilometers and covers 400,000 square meters is a place where there are 17,000 pine trees. A great place to take a walk, Kehi no Matsubara is also a popular swim spot in the summer. The beauty of this place was even written about 1,200 years ago in the classic Japanese texts, the Manyoshu and the Nihon Shoki.
