The Senjoujiki Circle gets its name from the indentation left by a glacier 20,000 years ago. At 2,612 meters up, the Senjoujiki Circle is a great place to see plants that can't be seen at sea level. The view is breathtaking as well. If you take the ropeway, you can get to the top without any hiking. The fall is a great time to see the changing color of the leaves and the winter is perfect for seeing snow-capped peaks.
