A Picturesque View of Mt. Fuji

Mihomitsubara is a serene stretch of beach that lies before Mt. Fuji. The view of Fuji is fantastic. The beauty of this beach was written down in the Manyoshu poems and it's been the subject of numerous ukiyoe wood block paintings. It also serves a swimming beach and a great diving spot too. There's a cycling course nearby and some delicous restaurants where you can try local dishes.
