A Chance to Relive the Rustic Moutain Life of Old

The Hida Folk Village, located in snowy Gifu, is a great place to see 30 classic Japanese buildings including many thatched-roof village homes and the surrounding natural environment. Inside the homes and village museum, you'll find examples of pre-modern village life including exhibits of daily life and even chances to try your hand at traditional arts and crafts.
