This is the origin of "Matsuri". The thick soup, made by blending several pig bones, is a soup unique to this very place. It is rich, and easy to eat.
The Greatest : "Black"
The garlic oil brings a fascinating taste, with a real punch. A bowl of ramen with plenty of garlic, black sesame and home-made garlic oil.
Addictive : "Red"
The home-made Taiwan-style mincemeat is made to be a great match for the tonkotsu soup. Be careful, it's moreish!
