Founded in 1895, Hirata Brewery is the newest of the six breweries in Takayama. Their main brands are "Hida no Hana" and "Yama no Hikari."
Compared to other breweries, it is the newest and smaller than the others. However, they maintain their traditional handmade brewing process.
