Dasenka's (ダーシェンカ - dashenka) original brick oven is set up in the storehouse of an old tie-dye and whole-sale store known as the Kamiya Hanjiro Residence (神谷半次郎邸) and is used in the baking and sale of hand made bread. Their famous Shibori pan (絞りパン) uses the traditions of Arimatsu as a motif, you can see the organic dried fruits and nuts that have been kneaded into the bread. Even now the bread is so popular it sells out as soon fast as it hits the shelves.
