Established in Nagoya, they specialize in karaage (唐揚げ - Japanese-style fried chicken) and are winners of the Gold Award in the Karaage Grand Prix. The karaage is fried fresh on-site and if you'd like something a little more healthy the oven-baked dishes are slow-roasted in a cast-iron oven to juicy perfection.
