Sobuecho is the name of a town in Inazawa city located in the west of Aichi. The Yamazaki area is also known for the beautiful yellow leaves of the gingko trees. The Sobue Ichou Matsuri is held at the end of every November. The Kiso river flows from the west and the town is rich with nature. The town also has three large parks: Kiso Sansen National Government Park, Kisogawa Sobue Ryokuchi Greens Park and Sobue Wild Nature Ryokuchi Greens Park. Near Kisogawa Sobue Ryokuchi Greens Park, there is a riverside dune called Sobue Sakyuu. The pine trees planted in the dunes create a beautiful landscape known as as Sabo forests. In recent years, Makai beach has become a base for windsurfing, with many young people flocking to it.
