In early 2020, the area of Hisaya Odori Park in front of the Mitsukoshi Department Store was developed, from a bus terminal into an urban park. Meet everyone at "HIROBAs Leisure Plaza"! The Italian restaurant Tokyo Mercato offers a variety of steaks, pizzas, pasta, and desserts. T-bone steak is a popular choice among steak lovers, and come highly recommended, because of its texture.
