Hakuba Brewing Company scientifically crafts all-natural, fully flavored ales – just like the ones we love to drink. We want to share our love of good brews with the wider public – both those living in Hakuba and those visiting. Our small size means that we can make a constantly varying and exciting selection of drinks and most importantly, have fun doing so. Not constrained by the low costs required of the big manufacturers, we can go all-out with the rarer hop and malt varieties.
