A factory where you can observe, for free, the process behind how Shizuoka's famous local product, unagi (eel) pie, is made. In this popular facility, visited by seven million people every year, you can see the huge oven where the pies are cooked, the wrapping line, etc. As well as the factory itself, there is also the unagi pie cafe serving "special edition" pies, and a factory-direct sales shop where you can get souvenirs.
