Hamataro Gyoza Centre

The Hamataro Gyoza Center is attached to a gyoza-making factory that you can tour to see how they make Hamataro gyoza. They also have noodle-making and crust-making workshops, a filling workshop, and a soup and pork workshop. There is also an eat-in space where you can eat freshly made gyoza and purchase baked or uncooked gyoza to take home.

Directions	Route 1 Take the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen bound for Tokyo from Nagoya Station to Hamamatsu Station. (30 min) Take a bus to Shukuda (8 min) and walk. (2 min)
Business hours	Food and Beverage Area 11 am to 3:00 pm (Kitchen closed: 2:30 pm) / 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Kitchen closed: 7:30 pm) From 3 pm to 5 pm, we only sell frozen dumplings. Take-out is available from 11 am to 8 pm (While supplies last)
