The Hamataro Gyoza Center is attached to a gyoza-making factory that you can tour to see how they make Hamataro gyoza. They also have noodle-making and crust-making workshops, a filling workshop, and a soup and pork workshop. There is also an eat-in space where you can eat freshly made gyoza and purchase baked or uncooked gyoza to take home.

Route 1
Take the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen bound for Tokyo from Nagoya Station to Hamamatsu Station. (30 min)
Take a bus to Shukuda (8 min) and walk. (2 min)
