A National Treasure and Japan's Oldest Castel Tower
Built in 1537 by future shogun Oda Nobunaga's uncle, Oda Nobuyasu, Inuyama Castle is one of five castles recognized as national treasures in Japan. Climb to the top of its towers and experience the unhindered view of the surrounding area. The remaining street layout of the Tokugawa Period remains along with buildings of the era and the castle town is a favorite of foodies.
