Getting to Osu : Centrip Japan's Complete Guide to Osu

Osu is not too far that it cannot be reached on foot from Nagoya Station, or the Sakae shopping district, but keep in mind that you will be doing a lot of walking while going around Osu, so it is more convenient to visit by subway or bus.

How to Reach Osu!

Osu is a large area accessible by three subway stations, Kamimaezu (M03/T09), Yaba-cho (M04), and Osu Kannon (T08). Choose whichever station is closest to your destination inside Osu.

From Chubu International Airport to Osu

Take the Meitestu Airport line from Chubu International Airport (TA24) to (NH34) Kanayama (M01) then transfer to the subway and take the Meijo line to Kamimaezu (M03)
Take the Meitestu Airport line from Chubu International Airport (TA24) to (NH34) Kanayama (M01) then transfer to the subway and take the Meijo line to Yaba-cho (M04)
Take the Meitestu Airport line from Chubu International Airport (TA24) to (NH34) Kanayama (M01) then transfer to the subway and take the Meijo line to Osu Kannon (T08)

From Nagoya Station

By subway about 15 minutes
Take the Higashiyama line at Nagoya station (H08) to (H09) Fushimi (T07) and transfer to the Tsurumai line to Osu Kannon (T08)
Take the Higashiyama line at Nagoya station (H08) to (H10) Sakae (M05) and transfer to the Meijo line to Yaba-cho (M04)
Take the Higashiyama line at Nagoya station (H08) to (H10) Sakae (M05) and transfer to the Meijo line to Kamimaezu (M03)
By bus about 15 minutes.
Take city the bus from Nagoya to either Nishi Osu/Osu/Kamimaezu

If You are Going by Car

All parking lots require payment near Osu. Each parking lot has a different fee system, which may be a bit confusing. Because the roads are narrow, there are one-way and closed sections, and there are many people, you need to be careful when going out to Osu by car.
